2013

In 2013, in Giaveno, a small town in Piedmont, Italy, known for its love of good food, Il Pacchero’s story began.

 

The founder, Alessandro, a young entrepreneur with strong ties to the Neapolitan culinary tradition, decided to make his dream come true: offering customers an authentic gastronomic experience with hearty dishes to share and top-quality ingredients.

 

Starting from a small room with just a few seats, the restaurant quickly grew and earned its reputation, thanks to Alessandro’s dedication and careful selection of culinary offerings. In just a few years, Il Pacchero became a go-to spot for food lovers, welcoming over 180 people a day.

2016

After three years of success and achievements, in 2016, Il Pacchero opened a new restaurant in the city of Rivoli, Italy, successfully introducing delicacies based on raw fish, further enriching its menu and attracting more customers.

2020

But Il Pacchero’s story doesn’t end there. In 2020, despite the challenges of the time, the restaurant decided to embark on a new adventure by opening its third location in the heart of Turin, north of Italy. The city, rich in culinary history and tradition, enthusiastically welcomed Il Pacchero’s authentic taste and hospitality.

2024

In April 2024, Il Pacchero took another step and expanded beyond national borders, opening its first international restaurant in the Principality of Monaco. Between luxury and tradition, Il Pacchero found its new home, bringing with it the authentic taste of Italian cuisine and a passion for top-quality ingredients.
