OUR PHILOSOPHY
Alessandro Grilli turned his dream into reality by opening “Il Pacchero” at just 28 years old. His young age was an opportunity to create a place that fully reflected his passion for cooking and sharing.
For him, cooking is more than just a job; it’s an art that brings people together. He embedded this value into the heart of Il Pacchero, creating an environment where sharing is fundamental. It’s not just about enjoying delicious dishes but living a culinary experience that celebrates togetherness.
The quest for perfection led him to open his own pasta production workshop in 2021, where Alessandro personally ensures the highest quality and freshness of ingredients, allowing his team to experiment and create unique and innovative dishes.
