our Journey

In 2013, in Giaveno, a small town in Piedmont, Italy, known for its love of good food, Il Pacchero’s story began.

 

The founder, Alessandro, a young entrepreneur with strong ties to the Neapolitan culinary tradition, decided to make his dream come true: offering customers an authentic gastronomic experience with hearty dishes to share and top-quality ingredients.

Our pasta is definitely the highlight of our kitchen. Made with care in our artisanal workshop, using only fresh and top-quality ingredients, it pays homage to the rich Italian tradition.
